Walking/Hiking/Biking/History Trails

Douthat State Park offers 43 miles of hiking, mountain biking, and bridle trails along with a full range of camping amenities.  Trails offer a range of difficulty for hikers, and the park is a destination for mountain biking enthusiasts.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Jackson River Scenic Trail has a surface of finely crushed gravel and is well-suited for family bike rides and walks.  The beautiful 14.4 mile trail is built on a former railroad bed that runs mostly parallel to the Jackson River.
